1. General provisions

1.1. The Operator

1.2. Definitions

Website: the news portal and its pages under https://isgpt4skynet.com.

Story: a summary produced by the Operator's system about a publicly available article or video — title, short summary, condensed text, and for videos a timeline, in several languages.

Source: the news portal or YouTube channel whose material a Story is about; named and linked on every Story.

Visitor: any natural or legal person using the Website.

1.3. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the relationship between the Operator and the Visitor regarding the use of the Website. By using the Website the Visitor declares having read and accepted them. The governing language is Hungarian; other language versions are informational translations and the Hungarian text prevails in case of discrepancy.

1.4. Nature of the service

The Website is a free, informational news digest, and at the same time a showcase of the Operator's technology: Stories are written and checked by a language model running on the Operator's own machine, with no external AI provider. There is no registration, no payment and no ordering on the Website; contracts for the Operator's services (local AI assistants, AI workstations) are concluded only separately, in writing.

2. How Stories are made and what they are

2.1. How a Story is made

Every hour the Operator's system scans the public feeds of the named Sources. For AI-related items the language model writes a summary in its own words; a second, independent step (the “judge”) checks every claim against the Source — whatever is not in the Source, or is copied verbatim, is not published. For videos a machine transcript is made from the speech, and from it a timeline and a summary. Texts are also available in machine translation in other languages.

2.2. What a Story is not

A Story is not a copy of the original article and does not replace it. The full, authoritative content is at the Source; every Story links there. A Story renders the Source's statements in condensed form — it is neither the Operator's opinion nor an official statement of the Source.

2.3. Accuracy

Stories are automatically generated and checked, but not proofread by an editor: they may be inaccurate or incomplete, a phrase may be ambiguous, machine translation may err. Visitors use Stories at their own responsibility, comparing them with the Source. If you find an error, tell us — we will correct or remove it.

3. Sources and rights holders

3.1. Attribution

Every Story names its Source (portal or channel) and links directly to the original. The Operator does not republish the Source's content but provides a summary in its own words; the Source's image is used only as a preview linking to the Source.

3.2. Removal requests

If you are a rights holder or a Source and object to the appearance of a Story or image, write to isgpt4skynet@protonmail.com with the Story's title or link. The Operator reviews the request within 3 working days and, if justified, removes or amends the content. On request, a Source is excluded from processing entirely.

3.3. Quotation and reference

Stories refer to and report on the Source's content; the Operator respects the Sources' copyright and ensures prompt correction through the procedure above.

4. Using the Website

4.1. Proper use

Browsing the Website is possible without registration and free of charge. Visitors must use the Website for its intended purpose and respect the rights of others and of the Operator.

4.2. Prohibited activities

• disrupting or overloading the Website;
• placing or distributing malicious code;
• bulk automated extraction (scraping) of the Website's content without the Operator's permission — the public sitemap and RSS serve that purpose, and search engine crawling is allowed;
• attempting to break into the admin area;
• reusing the Website's content without naming the Operator and the Source.

5. Rights and obligations of the Operator

5.1. Availability

The Operator strives to keep the Website running continuously but does not guarantee availability. Stories are produced by a system on the Operator's own machine: maintenance, power or network failures may pause updates temporarily.

5.2. Changes to the service

The Operator reserves the right to change the Website's features, the set of Sources and the Stories, to remove content, or to discontinue the service, without prior notice.

5.3. Reporting

If you notice unlawful, erroneous or objectionable content, write to isgpt4skynet@protonmail.com indicating the content and the reason. The Operator acts promptly on substantiated reports and, where necessary, proceeds under the Hungarian E-commerce Act.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes all liability for any damage or disadvantage arising from:

• the content, inaccuracy or incompleteness of Stories, errors of machine translation or speech recognition, or decisions based on them;
• the content and availability of Sources and links to them;
• temporary suspension, slowdown or discontinuation of the service.

The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profit arising from the use of the Website, to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not affect liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for damage to life, physical integrity or health.

7. Intellectual property

The Website's design, source code, and the Stories' own-worded texts, timelines and translations are protected by the Operator's copyright. Quoting them with the Website's name and a link is permitted; bulk reuse, incorporation into other services or use for training models is prohibited without the Operator's prior written consent. Rights in the Sources' content belong to the Sources.

8. Data protection

The Operator processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Details — no cookies, no registration, pseudonymous view counting — are in the separate Privacy Notice.

9. Final provisions

The Operator may amend these terms unilaterally; amendments take effect upon publication on the Website. If any provision proves invalid, the others remain valid. Hungarian law governs these terms; Hungarian courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
