Claude Fable 5.5 May Have Debuted in Early Access

According to a RandomAI video, the not-yet-officially-released Fable 5.5 creates impressive animations, games and physics simulations. The host believes the model may outperform Opus 5.5 on several motion graphics tasks.

In a RandomAI video, the host says that Claude Fable 5.5 has not yet been officially released, but some people may already be using it through early access. The host believes the model could be released as soon as next Tuesday.

In a test described in the video, the model selected as Fable 5.1 correctly answered a question in a screenshot that referred to an inside joke, while it made a mistake in the usual programming interface. According to RandomAI, users can check whether they have access to the newer model by trying it on the Claude website.

The examples shown include animations in various styles, complete with camera movements, music and sound effects, as well as games. The host also shows a creation depicting Marvel and DC heroes, along with a simulation of a complex, physics-based Rube Goldberg machine.

According to RandomAI, Fable 5.5 outperforms Opus 5.5 by 50–60 percent at creating fast-paced motion graphics. The host also compares an example depicting floating islands made with the two models, noting that they also like Opus’s simpler, cartoon-like look.
